Lag in my results being updated to the app.

Does anyone know why sometimes the app updates results immediately and other times can take over 15 mins to get results.It as though different google servers are used and one has I very bad lag at updating results

Hi, @Pauline_D , welcome, the Fitbit app syncs each time it's opened, If you want to make sure you are seeing the most up-to-date data when you view the App it's a good idea to manually sync.

After I since it manually it doesn't always update straight away. But I can live with it.
