The live chat support option on myhelp . fitbit . com is not working. I have tried on Safar, chrome and brave. I disabled my adblocker and deleted my cookies but nothing will work. I keep getting forwarded to an error page that says "Sorry, that page is following a different trail". I also read through old forums and tried the exact link Fitbit provided as a "solution" but that resulted in the same error message as well. This happened after I was in the middle of a conversation asking how to delete some data from my account and the chat ended abruptly and when I tried to start it again I kept getting this error message. Not sure how else to contact Fitbit about this

This is a major issue. I have been trying to find workarounds for this issue for a while. Tried 2 phones and a laptop, wifi and cellular network. Multiple browsers. Nothing. Live chat must be down.
