Lost data after adding new tracker

I added a new Luxe to my account and all my historic data has disappeared 

I'd it possible to get it back?

Usually when someone thinks they have lost their historic data, the explanation is that they have used a different email/fitbit ID, either creating a new fitbit account or accidentally logging into a different fitbit account they had than the one they were using.

Your Fitbit data is stored by your Fitbit ID which is the email you used.  Check carefully if you used a different email.  If so, try logging in with your previous email/Fitbit ID and look for your data there.

 

You say you added a new Luxe to your account.  That statement troubles me.  Unless you were using a very old Fitbit model, you could not have added a Luxe with your previous Fitbit.  Did you mean you replaced your previous Fitbit with a Luxe?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
