Lost data after lost bluetooth pairing /can I add active zone minutes manually?Y?

I lost todays data after mt phone told me it lost connection to my luxe and I followed the steps to forget the device and repair -- Big mistake 👿... Wtf would it not just tell me other steps first so that I didnt lost todays data???

 

 

How is there still no way to recover the lost data?>. That data had to have gone somewhere... silly me bc it did sync up for me to get a screen shot some how in the process so I think I too quickly Followed the directions that fitbit told me to!!!

last plea.. is there anyway to get back that old data and/or add in manually the active zone minutes?????????????

Please update the troubleshooting solutions before recommending repairing as a new freaking device

Hi, @Cloe284 , it is really frustrating when something like that happens!  I am afraid that once the data has been deleted, the only option for recovery is to create a manual log of the data.  Instructions for doing that are here
