The past few months, I received several alerts about moving my sign-in method to Google. Today, I was logged out of my account by Fitbit. I decided to move the sig-in to Google. Unfortunately, I lost ALL MY DATA (in the app & on my watch). I tried refreshing the app. I tried restarting my Luxe Fitbit. I tried turning off my cell for 15 mins. Nothing has worked. My steps for today restarted & years of data that was recorded on the app are gone. If my data can't be recovered I will have to STOP USING THE FITBIT altogether. PLEASE HELP.
