I connected my Luxe to the charger last night for the latest upgrade and charged it to 100%. Afterwards it wouldn't turn on and it won't connect to my charger. It appears the port cover must have gotten loose and fell off? I've only had my Luxe for 7 months... is this common or has it happened to you? Is there a way to replace that piece?
