Lost three days of steps

I woke up to a seemingly dead battery even though it said over 50% when I went to bed. But the main problem is that I lost at least 3 days of steps that had previously been synced. Adding these steps back through the app is an unacceptable solution as I am in the middle of a stepbet competition and it does not recognize steps that are entered manually through the app. I have only had this device for 30 days and it is very disappointing and frustrating to experience these problems so soon. I was a Fitbit zip user for over a decade. Did not want to upgrade but Fitbit no longer supports it. I do not need bells and whistles - just a tracker that works and is dependable.

Hi, @Mhanan welcome, have you tried to restart your "Luxe" this video demonstrates the process. If you are still stuck please post here again.
