Lousy Battery Life

Hello all-

I received my Luxe last week and so far love it except for the atrocious battery life. I don't want it constantly synching with my phone (I don't care about seeing notifications) so bluetooth is disabled on the phone except for when I manually sync at the end of the day. Years ago I know that there was an option within the app that let you disable all-day but I can't find it in the new version.

Today I have done nothing more than wearing it on my wrist and going to work. Battery is down to 30% after a full charge overnight (I don't sleep with it).

I have already factory reset the device twice, updated the app, lowered the screen brightness, changed the screen timeout, removed Sp02, and done all the things suggested here. Is there something else I can try or is the Luxe going back to the store?

Hi @01Tracker Is is sounding as if the battery might be defective. You should be getting more life than that.mine is severL years old and I still get several days. Id suggest you contact Fitbit Support  and see if they can help you.
