Love how they closed the thread on the Luxe Software update

But without any solutions.

My luxe Fitbit is having issues since the update. My partner’s is worse.. needs to charge every 2 days. It’s clearly a software update issue as when I charge it at 2% it then jumps to 40% as soon as it connected. I didn’t have any issues prior to the latest update.

 

Their support team monitors and closes threads without any real solutions. Useless

I came on the forum to see if any comments on the new sleep graphs which I find difficult to view. But what you describe is happening to my Fitbit too - I thought it was because my luxe is a little older.
