Low battery notifications are not coming through

Last night my luxe died at 2:17 am while I was in bed. No email or onscreen warning prior to that. This morning when I put it on the charger, I got an email that my battery was low when it got up to 10%. This is the second time this has happened that I got no warning! Also, I’d love to get a warning at about 25% - they should allow you to customize it.
I double checked my notification settings and they are on for low battery warnings. Anyone else having this issue? What can I do to be sure I get the notifications or is this just a glitch?

Hi there, @AynoTF. Welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

Please note that in order to receive up-to-date low battery notifications, you'll need to make sure that your Luxe is syncing to your Fitbit app periodically. This notification works based on how often you sync your Fitbit device. If your Luxe doesn't sync to your Fitbit app/dashboard, there is no way for it to send you a notification letting you know that the battery is low. If your Bluetooth is not turned on, this will prevent your Luxe from syncing and therefore from sending you notifications, so be sure that your Bluetooth is on at all times or at least to get your tracker to sync.

As for customizing the low battery notifications, the best place to make your voice heard is the Feature Suggestion board on our community. To learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed, visit our FAQs.
