Hi @Mulchy3300 the time comes from the device you use to sync. You need to sync more regularly in order for the time to stay current.

@Mulchy3300 sync your Fitbit. If it's set up to your smartphone or tablet, it gets the time from that. You can't manually set the date or time. You can try restarting the Luxe, too, but the time comes from the smartphone or tablet. how to restart - click to read
