Hi I’m in the UK & trying to set up Atrial Fibrillation on my Luxe. I get so far then it will not let me tap “I agree” at the end, any suggestions?

Hello @CFK3 and welcome to the Community. Is your Luxe brand new? If so, your Luxe has the firmware from when it was manufactured. A firmware update was released since then. I’m not positive that this is your problem, but sometimes features don’t work if you don’t have the current firmware.
If your Luxe is new, you should get your update in 24-48 hours. I hope this helps.

@CFK3 Do you have AFIB? During the Assessment, it asks if you have been diagnosed with AFIB. If you select yes, then I believe it blocks your ability to set up the Irregular Rhythm Notifications (I'm not 100% positive on this though).
I just tried to set up myself and it looks like it says "Scroll down to continue", however, I'm not able to scroll down and the box of "I Agree" remains greyed out. I will flag this for the Fitbit team as an error in the app.

@CFK3 You're in the UK, so you should be cleared to use the feature. Can you check the firmware version on your Luxe? Depending on the Luxe model, the Fitbit Luxe should be running firmware version:
I am not a Luxe user, so I am guessing when I say the major version numbers, 1.151 and 1.146, are for the two versions of Luxe model.
To check your firmware version refer to: How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?

Hi Heather,
Thank you for your reply. I did select ‘no’ that’s why I thought it strange it wouldn’t allow me to go further. I am experiencing exactly the same as you have encountered by not being able to scroll down also the agree being greyed out.
I’m not sure how to flag this up.
