is there an outage at the moment? All of my auto recognized exercises for the past few weeks have vanished in the app and my “active minutes” are very very incorrect (way too high). This was all fine this morning btw. I have reset the device, updated app, etc. Really getting
pretty sick of how glitchy this thing is.

@kmflower13 , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message and report.
All Fitbit services are working at this time.
Please go to fitbit.com and log in.
Check if your activities are shown on the online Dashboard.
If so, this means that the situation is only on the Fitbit app and not your account.
In that case, try loging out of your Fitbit app. Restart your phone (off/on) and log in again in the Fitbit app.

No, they are not showing in my online dashboard either.
All auto tracked activity since Feb 6th has disappeared. And zone minutes in the app are wildly incorrect. In my online dashboard at least zone minutes seem to be closer to correct. (For example last sunday dashboard says 50 zone minutes, app says 174) Neither have the actual 40 minute brisk walk recognized as exercise.
I have already logged in/out of app, restarted phone, restarted device.

@kmflower13 , Thank you for your reply. Our team will be looking into this, seems to be a bug, should I received further infos, I'll be informing you over. here.
In the meantime, if you see or added an activity manually, try deleting them.

My manually added activities are all that is currently still showing under activities - are you suggesting I delete them? And then add them back in again manually? I DO want these showing.

@kmflower13 , Thank you for your reply.
Do the manual added activities have the same timeframe as the missing ones?
If so, these could have overlapped the autorecognized ones.
You can try deleting the manual ones, force close the app, reopen the Fitbit app and re add them again. Just keep in mind the timeframe

The manually added ones are activities that are not auto recognized (stationary biking for example) which is why I logged them manually. They did not overlap with any auto recognized (and now missing) activities.
They also have nothing to do with the other problem of zone minutes being counted when my heart rate is nowhere near a zone. Again, only a problem for the past 3 weeks, and only in the app.
Auto detection of exercises did work Saturday and today, but the heart rate/zone miscalculation in the app remains.
I chatted with support days ago and was promised an email with more information but have heard nothing. Not too impressed.
