Just a general query.
I've searched and search online, double checked the manual etc and can't seem to find an answer.
When my Luxe vibrates and informs me that I've achieved "Active minutes", the animation shows the arrows and then displays a number underneath them. These, for me, are usually either 300 or 450... What on earth is this telling me? What do they mean? 300 what?!
It's been frustrating me for months 😂

I' going to assume your message says "Active zone minutes" rather than "Active minutes". See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
The default weekly goal for AZM is 150 per week (broken down to 22/day). I expect you are seeing notice that you achieved double or triple the weekly goal.
To turn these notifications or or off if you so choose, on phone app:
Profile pic > SETTINGS: Notifications > Exercise Goal Milestones (you make progress toward, hit or exceed your weekly exercise goal.)
