Luxe Charging and Dying

I have charged my Luxe twice in the past two weeks at night, where it charges to full and then in the morning it is dead and not working?  Why is this happening? It is only about 5 or 6 months old...Help??

I’m having the exact same problem. Battery used to be great, but is woeful now!

It is frustrating, because it should be at at least 98 overnight and when I
do my morning walks, for over an hour and realize it is dead!! Grrr...

Same thing is happening to me! It's holding a charge for MAYBE 5 hours?  I did a system update a week or so ago and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.  Before that I typically only had to charge maybe once a week..

Having exactly the same issue. Charged once a week until after the update; now it is draining within hours. Has to be a glitch somewhere that needs to be fixed quickly!

Ditto! After the last Software update. I have to charge my Luxe 2x per week. Before update its once per week. I wear my Luxe to bed & workouts. 

My routine does not change but Luxe just doesn't last now.

I’m having similar issues. Got worse after upgrade. I was at 20% so put it on the charger after 35 minutes it is completely dead. It is not even registering that it is connected to the charger.

I've had my Luxe since March 2022 and have had no issues until after the update at the end of July. Every time I connect the charger the battery drains instead of charging. I have to reboot multiple times to get the thing going again. I'm very frustrated.

Same issue. Took it off charger at 100% before bed last night and it was at 3% this morning. It also showed that I went to sleep  at least 2 hours before I actually did.

I am having the exact same issue with mine! Tried doing an online chat with customer support but cuts me off. Very frustrating

After doing recent update by Luxe Fitbit won’t hold a charge for more than a couple of days sometimes less Displays different time when I so get it charged after restarting several times. Very frustrating only 6 months old

I’m having the same problem. My Fitbit barely lasts 36 hours now. In addition to this, my clock face is randomly changing or flashing. Has anyone had any luck contacting Fitbit about this? I tried the other day and they just told me to do a battery test over a couple of days. It’s clearly the software update that is causing this though? My luxe is just shy of 12 months old so I’m worried it will be out of warrantee by the time this is sorted.

I am in Perth Australia and I am going to try and contact Fitbit tomorrow.
Mind is not holding charge and the time keeps changing
