Luxe - Clip Mode

Hi everyone. I spent all day searching but there seems to be no answer. How do you switch a Luxe to clip mode. Anytime I search, it brings me to instructions for the Inspire which is completely different. I wear my Luxe as a clip and it reads my heart rate in the 500s. I need clip mode for my Luxe. 🙂 Thank you.

Hi @Strawber2022  the Inspire 2 is the only Fitbit which currently is being sold that can be used with the optional clip. You can't do that with your Luxe. Some people have said they bought an extender and have worn the Luxe on their ankle, but I'm not sure how the heart rate would register for it that way.
