Luxe FitBit Is Charged: Display and Backlight Won't Light Up or Respond

I just started having issues with it today. It stopped working around 10:30am. The display and backlight won't turn on when I press on the display or plug the FitBit into the charger. The app shows that it is charged and needs an update but in the app I can't click on the update button. 

It's been 9 hours and I miss my FitBit so much! 

Please help!

Hi, @HealthQueen , have you tried giving your Fitbit a restart?  That is always the first troubleshooting step when your Fitbit is not behaving as expected.  The restart instructions for your Fitbit Luxe are here .

Hi Julia_G. I can't even restart it. The display does nothing when I press it nor is the backlight lighting up. 

I tried to remove the device from the app to see if that would help but now I can't even pair it back to my phone. 

So, the struggle is real and I might just have to get a new one in January since the Luxe is on back order.
