From what I can see online it seems pointless to get a replacement band or pebble for my Luxe and Gorjana band that has the same widespread design flaw that most seem to have with the band connecting properly. The best solution people have is to glue the band themselves, however that seems to violate Fitbit warranties.
So my question is, does Fitbit prefer that I return my Luxe and get my money back, or can I remedy the issue myself with a tiny bit of glue and still be able to be covered by warranty if a future unrelated issue arises?

Thanks for that, I watched the video but didn’t have to scroll far to see the gap being discussed in the comments. The maker of the video even admits she gets the same problem with hers too. 😔 It clips in fine but then slides out soon after you start wearing it.
