My Gorjana bracelet band broke today, one of the links snapped in two, i now have a band that isn’t able to be done up, and one broken link (the other half of the link is somewhere in a carpet - we looked and looked and couldn’t find it.

Im quite unhappy with this as it was expensive .. any suggestions ? Will Fit bit stand by their product and replace it ?

Metal shouldn’t break

They should replace it if you are still under warranty. Best thing to do is to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com and they'll be able to check your warranty status and advise on your options.
