We've had this device for only a few days and three times the steel link band has disconnected from the tracker. The last time tonite was while sitting in a chair. Once before while driving. These are not very active situations and we are getting VERY anxious that the device will be damaged or lost due to the apparently defective locking mechanism. Please provide a solution or we will have to return this.
