Hi.
I purchased the luxe in January. Mutiple times (it happens now almost weekly) the watch falls off since the wirstband detaches itself. So far I have been lucky that I always realized it or was not in the water. I am really disappointed since I expected more form the product. The wristband I am using is the Gorjana.
Would appreciate any help asap before I loose it for good.

YvFrey, this also happens to me. I ordered the Gorjana Luxe (01-OC-2022) and a few weeks later also the white leather band. EACH OF THE 3 BANDS repeatedly and easily detaches from the tracker at the top of the face (the clasp side of the band). It seems the connection on the tracker is faulty.
I would like a replacement Luxe tracker. The chat feature on the website is not active now (9:40pm PT).
