Luxe Heartrate has no variations

Cross posting since I didn't see it was "dashboard" and not "Luxe".

There has been a significant drop off of information and recording of fatburn and cardio in my heart rate section since switching from my Charge HR 2 T to the Luxe.

My heartrate will be over 100 and will not register any fatburn minutes. Is there a setting I'm missing? It shows the heart rate but it's just all blue and no variation.

This sets your zones based upon your maximum heart rate which is now calculated in part using resting heart rate.  Yes, you can see your heart rate zones.  If you want to change all of them, you can set a custom maximum heart rate and that will somewhat adjust the zones.

As @Koshka  alluded to, the heart zone calculations have changed in the newer fitbit models, now also using resting heart rate, generally making the zones harder to achieve.

Along with this goes the change from Active Minutes to Zone Minutes.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
