High & low heart rate notifications was in the Luxe heart settings, just recently I’ve noticed it’s not there anymore, has this feature been removed from the Luxe ?

@Dom123456   I use a Luxe from time to time, but it isn't my main device.  I looked at the Luxe full features and specs in the Fitbit Store and also compared the Luxe to the Sense 2, my current device.  High and Low Heart Rate alerts aren't list as a feature on the Luxe.  I think the fact that you are asking the question means you saw it and used it.  It's not there now -- I will flag this post to get a moderator to answer.  This could take a few days.

@LZeeW Thank you for the heads up and your help.

@Dom123456 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your messages.

Only the Charge 5, Inspire 3, Sense, Sense 2, Versa 3, and Versa 4 will notify you when we detect that your heart rate is outside of your high or low thresholds while you appear to be inactive for at least 10 minutes.

Only if you have paired one of these devices with your account, you'll have the menu to setup the notifications.

If you had one of these models, you might have looked at that.

More about this can be read here: OpenWhat are heart-rate notifications?

Hi, but sorry this is a poor answer making me sound like I don’t know what I’m doing, I’ve only ever had the Luxe, even though it doesn’t list it on the spec I had the high/low option on my Luxe for many months prior to last update.

@Dom123456 Thank you for your reply and feedback..

I apologize if you had the option available before, but as stated only the models referred above do have the feature  to be used.

If you wish this to be available for the Luxe you can always leave a feature suggestion. The best place to make your voice heard is the Feature Suggestion board on our community (community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Requests/idb-p/features).

If a similar suggestion has already been made by another member of the community, you can vote for their suggestion and add your comments.

Thanks for your feedback and for participating in our community!

Hi

Must of been a software issue, as that was the only reason i was going to get a charge 5 but then realised it was available on my Luxe
