Hi @Mick56 welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
I truly understand what you are going through with your Luxe that the hourly activity has changed, I understand how you feel, I will do my best to help you, could you also tell me if your device stopped tracking any other data besides the steps?
A restart can help with the situation adapting to the time change and checking the steps tracking. I suggest you restarting your Fitbit device as recommended here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I was able to fix my issue. There was another way of changing the hourly activity time through the upper left battery percentage icon. Then choosing my Luxe product and then Fitbit Reminders.
