Hi there,
I did a spinning workout today, and I used my Luxe to track heart rate etc..
However, I tried to sync with my app and it said that I had no Fitbit connected. So I re added my Luxe and its lost all my data from the workout.
This data syncs with my Vitality account and I earn rewards and points etc.. so it's important for me to get this information back as proof I did it.
Both the app and the device now match, but my 45 minute session from this morning isn't there at all, and nor are the calories etc..
How do I get it back please?
I've tried logging out, resetting etc.. and nothing.
