Luxe Lunar White band isn't white

I recently bought the new Luxe with the Lunar White band after my old Inspire HR broke, and I could no longer attach the band.  Since my Inspire HR came with a Lunar White band I expected the same Lunar White color band would come with my Luxe, especially since it looked the same on the Fitbit website.  But no!  The Luxe Lunar White band is actually tan  I initially thought this was a mistake and contacted Fitbit.  After sending them pictures, Fitbit agreed that the band was the wrong color.  They finally sent me a replacement Luxe Lunar White band...and guess what?  It's also tan.  I don't understand why Fitbit would continue to call something Lunar White (which was a very nice, definitely white band with my Inspire HR), when the "Lunar White" band with the Luxe would be more accurately called "Lunar Tan."  It a bit like the color of the moon's surface, tan/gray, but definitely NOT white.

I have the exact same issue! It is certainly not Lunar White.  It is disappointing - while it is not a bad color, it is not what I was expecting or really wanted. I also sent pictures through to customer service, comparing my Inspire HR and the Luxe, and they told me this is the normal color - but it is not how it is shown on the website. I think it may have changed.

Hi @Sue22102  it also depends on how we're viewing the images of these bands. One person's monitor might be set differently, so that it might look brighter or darker than the next person's. Lunar White to me, looks darker than a pure white or a snow white color. Even doing a search for "lunar white" shows sites saying lunar is like the moon - a bluish white. The Lunar White for the Inspire 2 looks the same as the Luxe.
