Luxe Problem

My Luxe kee poo s blacking out. It doesn't track my steps all the time. My sleep wasn't being tracked properly last week. It says my battery is low, but when I put it on the charger it's already charged.

Hi @NovaMom13 Have you tried to Restart your Tracker  several times? If that doesn't fix it it sounds like your Luxe might be dying.

I tried to restart it a bunch of times. It just keeps turning off. I'm extremely disappointed with the life of this tracker. I had to go back to my old Inspire. It works just fine. It does not have all the features and it isn't as stylish. I'm not buying anymore FitBit products!
