The last week or so every time I charge my Luxe when I pull it off the charger my time is now three hours ahead and all of my settings have reset to default. No sync available on phone, and have to delete from Bluetooth and pair to get it back.
I assume the help chat window I have open is going to tell me all the usual - which I have done repeatedly.
Anyone experience this or have a solution?

Hi, @TM0000, welcome to the community, it sounds like you have a syncing problem, you may find this article helps Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center I apologise if you have already worked through this. Have you tried restarting your Luxe?
