I could only find old posts about this for other FitBit trackers, but not for the Luxe. For those, it seemed people had the same issues and determined the FitBit software was at fault. Wondering if that’s what happened here.
My RHR was consistently 65-70 BPM since the day I started using the Luxe. Then, about 10 days ago, it went up one BPM point every day. Now I’m at 81 BPM. This is concerning.
I’m 130lbs, do high intensity cardio 4-6x a week for 90 mins or so. Nothing has changed, except perhaps less exercise the past few days — but not exercising wouldn’t make my RHR rise. In fact, it was always lower on non-workout days.
Anyone else having this problem?
Before I get the canned FitBit response — I did all the things in their replies to other posts about this. I wear my band in the proper spot at all hours. I’m not pregnant. I’m not sick. I eat well. I’m not overweight.
