Luxe - Screen coming off

My Fitbit Luxe screen detached while I was wearing it overnight. It was working perfectly fine yesterday but I went to tap the screen this morning to check the time and noticed it kept making a clicking noise and the screen wouldn’t turn on. Looks like the adhesive has stopped working as the screen is coming off the frame. I have clicked it back into place and stopped using it as I’m worried it’s not safe.

Not sure if it is outside the warranty as it was a gift and I can’t find the original box.

Thanks for the picture and for letting me know that your Luxe's screen is detaching from the frame.

My best suggestion is that you contact technical support directly, as they have more tools to provide you with the appropriate follow-up.
