Luxe Screen frequently red and malfunctioning

Hi!

 

I'm looking for assistance. My fitbit Luxe screen is red and glitching constantly. At times I can see my stats and other times I cannot. It always has a red tint or is totally red and glitching.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe.

I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following these instructions.

In addition you can try to change the clock face.
