Why in the world would my luxe be shipped from Indianapolis to Puerto Rico when I live in TX? No one at Fitbit has taken accountability, they just blame the USPS. Fitbit also had terrible cs via chat. Both agents very unhelpful and ended the chat before anything was resolved.
My luxe was supposed to be here on the 13th..... hasn't left Puerto Rico. Maybe it's being swapped for a cheaper version? Seems fishy.

Hi @RRFIT as with any company, once the item is in the hand of the shipper, it is beyond their control. I had a letter going to a town that was a fifteen minute drive from my house, but the post office sent it to one of their big hubs hours away. Not sure why the USPS reroutes items the way they do, but doubt they would tell anyone their reason. Pretty sure your Luxe isn't being swapped, but it's just in transit at the moment. Sorry you're having to wait longer, but only the USPS can tell you when it will arrive.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @RRFIT. I'm sorry to hear about your Fitbit Luxe shipping route.
I really don't know why your tracker took that route but as @Odyssey13 mentioned, shipping is under shipper control and they should know why they take those decisions. We really can't explain why is your device there. The only thing that I can advise is to be patient.
