Luxe Stopwatch doesn't stay on

Fitbit Luxe Stopwatch 'Stopping' Doesn't Stay on - Sometimes I like to pop my Stopwatch on when I am on my lunch hour to make sure I log back in on time, however my new fitbit luxe, I start the Stopwatch all is fine and normal, then the next time I check my watch to see how long has passed, it is back to home screen and the stopwatch has automatically turned off/reset itself, no sign of it? Help.... My last fitbit it used to stay on the screen the whole time so when I looked at the watch it showed how long had passed. Thank you for reading.

Thank you for the information provided.

The Stopwatch on the Fitbit Luxe won't stay on and after some time it will be necessary going to the settings to stop it. This is an expected behavior. If you want to make a suggestion, you are welcome to visit the Feature Suggestions board which is constantly monitored by our engineering team for future implementations.

If you start the stopwatch and it gets stopped by itself, please perform a restart to your Luxe by following these instructions.

Hi Edson,

Thank you for your response. I reset the watch as instructed but it still does the same thing. I wouldn’t mind if I had to go into settings, or stopwatch to see how much time had passed since I started the stopwatch, but this is not the case. I start the stopwatch, the timer starts ticking, then I check it again a few minutes later and it has auto stopped/reset. When I go into the stopwatch setting it asks me to start a new stopwatch as if the one I’d just set never existed.
