Luxe - Syncing to Apple Health in iPhone

I want to sync my Luxe to my fitness app in my iPhone, 6SE, iOS 18.3.1. I have googled but can't find the same info they are telling me to go into.

Thanks.

Hi there @BonSla!

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thank you so much for your question about how to sync your Luxe to your Fitbit app in your iPhone.

Have you already checked if you can update the Fitbit app?

I suggest you check if you meet all the requirements and follow all the troubleshooting steps described in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

@BonSla   I use Apple Health, but not Apple Fitness.  There are third party apps that can link your Fitbit app to Apple Health.  I think Apple Fitness gets its data from Apple Health.  But if it doesn't, then that is a question for Apple Support.

Hi there!

@BonSla Thank you for your answer. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, thank you for clarifying you meant Apple Fitness app.

@LZeeW Thanks for your help!

@BonSla Apple has not let Fitbit sync to them yet.
