Luxe Unpaired with Phone

My Luxe unpaired with my phone.  I tried having my phone 'forget' my Luxe and then tried repairing it.  Now I am receiving a message that it cannot be paired because of an "incorrect passkey or PIN" -- I don't remember having a pin or passkey and if I did, where would I put it in?

Hi @TOglesby  you need a compatible phone or tablet to pair. As for the pin or passkey, that happens when you try to pair it to the bluetooth. The Fitbit uses bluetooth, but it doesn't pair directly with it. The pairing is the email address/account and the Fitbit device. See if anything in the article on how to set up can help you.

Mine did the same thing on the 18th. I will try removing it and starting over.

That worked! I removed device, then searched for devices, my Luxe came up, and then it went through the pairing process & the 4 digit code came on the screen and voila! My Luxe is back! Hope this helps.
