Luxe, adding kids mess up your watch

Anyone else with this issue?? 
I have had a Luxe for several months. All is working perfectly. On app my steps and sleep and all other info is available on “Today” page. 
After adding two kids Ace 3 watches after Christmas now all my sleep data and steps are gone from the “Today” page. I can not find any info on how to fix it.

Hello @booksnbutter ,

Maybe a silly question: did you switch back to the parent view? I'm asking because i find the interface a bit confusing at first.

Thanks! Yes I did. It turns out my watch was unpaired when I added the
kids. The kids watches still aren’t right on my app either. So it’s a bit
messed up still. I can’t change anything on their watches (like faces of
watch) on my app.)

I agree that it’s confusing!
