Luxe alarms didn't go off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have several alarms set throughout the day to remind me to take medications, and one for waking up. Last night and this morning my alarms didn't go off. When last night's alarm didn't go, I restarted my Fitbit, restarted the app and synced it. This morning it didn't again. How do I fix this, and more importantly how do I make sure it doesn't happen again?

Hi there, @Splatteredwhim. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your alarms are not going off, I understand how important this is to you. I'll be glad to help you!

Please try removing the alarms and then adding them once again. You can find instructions on how to remove alarms by clicking here. Basically what you want to do is:

  1. Sync your Fitbit to your Fitbit account.
  2. Restart your Luxe.
  3. Remove the alarm.
  4. Sync your Fitbit.
  5. Add the alarm.
  6. Since once more.

Then they should start working. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

Also, keep in mind that If you're using Smart Wake, that would explain why the alarm is going off before the schedule time. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. It avoids waking you during deep sleep so you're more likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thanks. I'll see if that works on the next alarm this afternoon. I'm not using Smart Wake and the problem is t that they're going off earlier, it's that they're not going at all.

is there any way to make sure this doesn't keep happening?

@Splatteredwhim Sure thing!

Please try the steps above and hopefully that works and prevents this from happening in the future.
