Luxe alarms won't go off at the schedule time

Hi I just purchased the Luxe normally just upgraded one charge for another but fancied something different I've really understood to alarms so I set an alarm for 7am with the silent alarm on.  So silent alarm goes off at 6.30am fine but why then if I don't wake doesn't my alarm set at 7am go off I had the same issue with my charge4

Hi there, @Ellam1964. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

It does not go off at the schedule time since you've smart wake enabled. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
