Luxe alarms won't go off

Apologies if this has been on here already a million times.... But I seriously can't get my alarm to go off. I've set so many test alarms to try and get it to work but it never vibrates.

My DND is not on.

Now it says I have 9 alarms set.... That don't even go off, and I can't find how to get to this list of alarms.

I wish we could set the alarms in the Fitbit app.

Hi there, @DarthHater. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with the silent alarms.

While reading your post, I was wondering if your Luxe has been in sleep mode and you've also set a sleep schedule? When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • Turning your wrist won't cause the tracker’s screen to turn on.

Sleep mode doesn't automatically turn off unless you set a sleep mode schedule. To schedule sleep mode to automatically turn on during certain hours:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap Sleep Mode.
  2. Tap Schedule to turn it on.
  3. Tap Sleep Interval and set your sleep mode schedule. Sleep mode automatically turns off at the time you schedule, even if you manually turned it on.

Nevertheless, if the above doesn't describe your issue, please try removing the alarm and then adding it once again. You can find instructions on how to remove alarms by clicking here. Basically what you want to do is:

  1. Sync your Fitbit to your account.
  2. Restart your Luxe.
  3. Remove the alarm.
  4. Sync your Fitbit.
  5. Add the alarm.
  6. Since once more.

Then they should start working. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes, I'll be glad to continue assisting you. 🙂

I’ve tried this and it still doesn’t work.

sleep mode is off, the vibration works … but I alarm. I start a new job tomorrow, I need it to work!

An update: I’ve updated the Luxe, added a new watch face … and it might have worked? I tried a test alarm and it buzzed! So we’ll see. I’ll set a ‘fallback! alarm on my phone tomorrow just as a back up, but I’m hopeful.

i do have a question, through. Can I not use night mode and an alarm? That seems silly. I have turned night mode off but it’s a really useful thing.
