Hi,
my Fitbit Luxe alarms continuously do not go off. I have the current up to date software, my phone is synced, and I restarted my Luxe just before I set the alarm. The test alarms I set (before I decide to rely on my Luxe overnight) will go off without fail, but the alarms at night never go off. I am house training a puppy so I don’t want to wake my partner up using my phone alarm and yet that is what I have to do. The Luxe is expensive and the worst Fitbit product I have ever used. It’s been 15 months of being disappointed and inconvenienced. Not to mention the dodgy gorjana band design. I have held out hope for the last 15 months that this would be fixed, I’ve read the forums, I’ve done everything recommended and nothing helps. The Luxe watch is completely defective and should be removed as a product line from Fitbit. If anyone has a suggestion that isn’t: restart, sync, update software, I’m happy to try because at this point I’m going to look at an Apple Watch for Christmas.

It sounds like the alarm is working, just not waking you at night. I don't remember if the Luxe has a vibration strength setting.

I assure you it’s not working. It has worked intermittently to wake me for the gym which is also in the wee hours of the morning.
