Hi, I'm Phoenix11. I'm a Noobie to Fitbit but its much different from the last tracker I had. It has much more features than my Luxe. I switched to Fitbit because I thought a more expensive upgrade meant I'd get better features I was sadly mistaken. I feel we should not have to pay for a Premium app to get a Premium experience.My other tracker had the features already with free updates to many apps that Fitbit has to pay for. I'm greatly disappointed. How do yous feel about this?

If you prefer your previous tracker, can't your return your Fitbit?
I have no idea what your previous one was, but keep in mind that part of the experience is the phone app and presentation of the data.
