Luxe band keeps falling off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I know this has been answered but none of the Fitbit answers work. I've put the band on correct and it falls off the second I bump it on anything. I'm talking a light bump and just normal every day stuff. I never had the problem with the Alta or Charge 3. I'm feeling like I wasted my money since I've only had it 4 months but am now afraid to wear it because I don't want to lose it but at this point what's the difference. I'm also past the return limit.

I used to have the same problem, @dgulisek.  It turns out, I didn't push the bracelet in far enough.  You should hear a slight "click" when it clicks into place.

Yes, I'm aware you have to hear that click and make sure I do every time. This isn't my first Fitbit. Thank you.

Update: I'm using the regular band that comes with the Fitbit Luxe nothing special. I have followed the directions and make sure it clicks on both sides. It'll stay on for awhile then I'll bump something and it comes off. I'm not slamming my wrist against anything by no means I'm talking about a light bump. I can be at my desk working or bringing in groceries. Just normal every day things. It's really annoying and for this reason I haven't worn my Luxe for at least a week or more. I put it back on this morning after removing the band and putting it back on just to hear the clicks. We'll see how long it lasts.

I totally sympathize. I have the same problem. A lot of people do it seems, and none of the suggestions or advice seem to help. I make sure it clicks when I snap it in, but it falls off randomly. I think it must be a fundamental design flaw. I will try calling FitBit, but from what I've read, it doesn't sound like they've been helpful for others with this problem. 😞

I have lost two Fitbit luxe's and had to replace them and Fitbit replaced one due to the same band issue.  I love the luxe because it isn't huge and I have small wrists but the connectivity problem is real.   The bands don't attach fully and they do come off when bumped even when put on correctly.  It is ridiculous for the amount of money paid for this one to have this kind of problem.  They need to make a band like the clips that you can just put the fitbit into instead of trying to latch the clasps, the clasps springs break!

I have been a fit bit user since the inception of fitbit.  Tory burch.  I have had the luxe replaced 2 x times due to bracelet disconnecting.

So frustrated.  Paid $240 for the device and band.  Fitbit will give 50% off new device.  Doesn't make sense.
