Luxe band keeps falling off

I have had my Fitbit Luxe for nearly a month. The strap has come of the clip 3 times now, fortunately it has been at home or in the car. Today was different, out shopping and it was gone. Backtracked car parks, Drs, and supermarket. How lucky was I that an honest person handed it in. It occurred with both the bands. You can hear the click when connecting band. I am don’t think this is good enough. I have not had any problems with my other 2 fitbits

Go near anything metal and you loose the Fitbit  if out shopping it’s attached it’s self to the trolley so annoying though it would be. Great idea as I’m allergic to the rubber straps ?.

Same problem here. Luckily each time it has happened I was aware and did not lose my FitBit. It’s a shame to pay that much money for a dressier band and you can’t use it.

I have the same issue. I called support, they told me to send a photo, I did... get instant reply that they closed my request.

I chatted with support, and I'm told send your fitbit to this random address in CA. I asked, "how do I know I'm going to get my device back? Don't I need to include address or something with it?" Support person writes, "That's an excellent question. Just send your luxe to the address on the label."

So I have a dead Luxe with no band sitting on my nightstand. Got excited when I got an "we'd like to hear from you" email with a survey - maybe now I'll finally get help! Click the link... dead link, doesn't work and goes to an error page.

I'm BEYOND frustrated with FitBit!

I lost my Fitbit within one week because of this magnetic band.

I bought my first Luxe a year and a half ago.  Band kept disconnecting, so I bought other metal bands.  Still fell off occassionally at first, but that increased with time, even with the metal bands.  Just bought a new one two weeks ago, and it falls off 5 or 6 times a day.  Customer support was very unhelpful. This is just a very poor engineering design or a quality department that doesn't know how to tell if the product is within specifications.  Either way, a tracker that won't stay on is worthless to me, although I will say I get a lot of extra steps in searching for the stupid thing.  Just left Fitbit and got a competitor tracker this week.  Love it... better HR monitoring, easier to read, and it hasn't fallen off once.  In my opinion, that is the only actual solution to this problem.

Bought mine in November, within the first few days the gold bangle kept coming away from its anchor, I went in to jb hifi and asked about this problem, guy’s answer it’s the design

well last Saturday it fell off while away, we retraced our steps and not to be found,

$300 cost so not a cheap fitbit and now gone.

fitbit get your product sorted as looking on the forum stocked at how many others have had the same issue and have resulted in a total loss of there fitbit,

Sorry to hear of your lost Fitbit. I must have been early buyer and was able to return mine after 3rd time lost. Bought a charge 5 instead and bought gold copy cheap band to add to dress up a bit.
