Luxe barely responds to swiping up or down

My Fitbit luxe works perfectly when I swipe to the right or to the left, but when I swipe up or down, it doesn’t react as it should and it clicks on things I haven’t clicked on myself. 
I’ve already tried restarting the device, resetting it, and changing the clock face. Nothing worked
