The Luxe, has so many great features and a slim design, BUT, the design can't save it from it's Issues.
Firstly, the screen wake. The screen never turns on when I flick my wrist from my waist or from anywhere. And no matter how many times I tap my screen, it still doesn't turn on. Not to mention when it does miraculous turn on, it turns off instantaneously!
Next, the battery life. Granted, I got a replacement, but now not even a month afterwards the battery is only lasting 4 days on a charge. Dropping 30% in roughly 24 hours.
I have contacted support through the website, but I don't know if it went through because the chatroom was so glitchy, and I haven't received an email (I don't know if I read it wrong saying I'd get an email within the next day, but I usually would get an email saying I contacted support nonetheless). Is there anything else that can be done? I've restarted, synced, and even reset it from the watch itself. What else is to do?

I saw the email regarding my case, well, part of my case. I could care less about the screen wake not working, but the battery life is something else. The watch dropped 19% in less than 16 hours from my conversation with the Support Team. AND it dropped 30% on Wednesday when I charged it. It was only 24 hours later, already at 70%. I feel like I'm going in circles with this watch. My original watch before I got this one - the same watch - has the same issues. But the battery only lasted 10 hours.
My replacement battery dropped from roughly six days to barely four days. What can I do?
