Anyone experiences LUXE battery draining fast? I got mine two weeks ago or so, and didn’t notice anything for the first few days. Then I started noticing it might be draining faster than what it claims to be. I have updated everything.
Now I can confirm that mine didn’t even last 12hrs after fully charging today.
I contacted support team and he told me Fitbit is currently trying to work on the battery issue of LUXE as it is a general issue reported.
So I should just wait and come on Fitbit website everyday hoping I’d see an announcement on the matter?
Also, is there a possibility that my device itself is defective, maybe?

I am having the exact same issue. My battery would generally last about a week but now I can't even make it 24 hours without it draining very quickly.

I have tried the steps and still draining fast and acting up where the face gets stuck or move uncontrollably

Any updates to this? Still having problems. It turns off during the night so I am not getting sleep tracking which the main reason I pay for the premium subscription. When I put it on the charger it shows 20% so it’s not really dead. This only started after the latest update.

Same issue. Mine doesn’t even last 24 hours. So frustrating. I’ve tried all of the recommendations below and no improvement. I had a Charge3 before this and never had battery issues. Got the luxe because it was more feminine. Extremely disappointed.

My Luxe was great for 2 years and only started having this problem with the update to the device. I’ve done all the steps multiple times and it just keeps getting worse. I also contacted customer care and all they offered was a discount on a new one. I really think Fitbit could fix this if they wanted to by either rolling back that update or providing a new one. I canceled my premium membership since nothing is working right and will look for a different brand next.

I have tried the fixes - mine would not hold a charge for more than a day and now will not charge at all.

Same here, been great on battery since release, but since last update it’s draining very quickly and the % is all over the place, also noticed they removed high/low hr notification - customer support just keep saying to fully charge then fully deplete, the problem isn’t going away - all since last update

Im having the same problem, my fit bit has glitched right from day 1, I had a different fit bit model previously that i was happy with but when the screen cracked i ‘’ upgraded ‘’ to this one, i bought it when they were first released, I almost returned it after 2 weeks of use and wish i had done now, this latest problem has been going on for months, it takes me a week to get it to 100% and a day for it to drain. I so wish i hadnt bought it. I have lost count of the number of resets and trouble shoots i have done on it, I would never recommend anyone buy one of these, mine is currently on charge, has been all day and its now showing 71% when earlier it was at 87% ??? I have just had a look on the app and it states takes up to 2 hours to charge. What a joke! I dont think my luxe has ever charged in 2 hours.

Yeah I had trouble from mine out of the box as well. They said they were working om a firmware update but after several updates and no change I gave up. I loved my Alta and regret wasting money on the Luxe. I ended up buying a Garmin earlier this year that was half price at the time, and wish I had done it sooner. While it's not perfect it is way better than the Luxe and I am not constantly having to charge it up.

Hi, after a few calls fitbit offered me a brand new Luxe or half price on any other product, i went for a new replacement Luxe and the battery is working fine ie 7+ days , i guess they just deteriorate over time as i bought my original one on launch- i tried a couple of Garmin i didn’t get on with them plus for constant sleeping i like how small the Luxe is
