Twice now I put my luxe on the charger, confirmed it was charging, took it off the charger an hour later.... and suddenly was at 0% battery.
I used 2 different chargers in 2 different locations. I did successfully charge it 2x between these two instances, but it is frustrating having my battery go to 0 when I thought I was charging it.

Hi, @Cougiecat1, welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? , I apologise if you have already seen it.
May I suggest a few additional steps you can take? Examine the charging cable puck to ensure the two little pins are equally proud of the surface and free moving (they are spring-loaded) If they are not in order and your Luxe is still under warranty you should talk to "Customer Support" with a view to getting a replacement. If your device is out of warranty, you can buy a replacement on Amazon at a modest cost.
Have a look at the back of your device and ensure it's clean and the contacts are free of any skin products you may use, I use rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) to good effect with a cotton wool swab.
