Luxe battery is draining in less than 24 hours

I have a Luxe that I just recently got. This morning I put it on the charger and when I took it off it was stuck on the charging screen.  Over the course of the day the battery was draining quickly and it died completely by the time I got home from work.  I have tried the restart multiple times to no avail.  It seems to sync to my phone just fine but only updates the battery life, so I don't know if it isn't syncing other data or if it isn't logging the data to begin with.

I've only had this Luxe for a couple of weeks.  Please help!

If your Luxe's battery isn't lasting as expected, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? 

In addition, please make sure the Fitbit app installed on your phone is up-to-date. Updating your Fitbit app might also help with your Fitbit Luxe's battery life. To do so, see How do I update the Fitbit app?
