Battery is draining quickly. Used to last up to a week, now 1 day or so. Switches off randomly, even when battery is not even empty but at 30 or 40%. Tried resetting and all the tips, but nothing works.
It says 5% and when I connect it to the charger it is suddenly at 82%? No idea anymore when it’s really empty or not.

If your Fitbit is still under warranty (one year in most parts of the world) and you continue to have this issue after trying the restart several times then it would be worth getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . They will be able to look behind the scenes and see if your battery is not working properly.

My Fitbit Luxe has started draining battery quickly also. Getting same messages you are getting…says low battery but when you go to charge it there is between 60 and 70% battery available. Very disappointed in this model; this is my fourth Fitbit and probably the last one. Apple makes several nice ones with multiple options and has a local store should I need help.
