Luxe battery is draining quickly

I would like a number to contact someone in person.  I haven't had my Luxe that long and it shouldn't be having problems.  I have tried al of your other suggestions that were listed on other users forums.

Hi @twalker975  Here is the link to Fitbit Support  The methods of contact change depending on what is available at the time in the part of the world you live. Phone is not always available.  Good luck
